C. L. "Cal" Hudson

Cal Hudson now concentrates his practice on estate planning, trust & estate settlement and related transactions. His background experience over more than four decades in business transactions, real estate, tax matters and major litigation serves him well in advising clients on solutions to their estate planning and settlement needs. He has served as an expert witness in probate and business litigation. Also, having served as an expert witness in litigation relating to lawyers’ professional competence and ethics, and participated in the Michigan State Bar Association process of lawyer discipline most of his career, he is particularly sensitive to his own professional responsibilities. His primary concern is serving his client’s best interests by avoiding problems and determining practical solutions to issues and challenges as efficiently, quickly and economically as possible. In doing so, he believes in working together with a client’s accountants, financial advisors and other professionals.
