Donald A. Pierce, Jr.

Don Pierce, Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group, focuses his practice on real estate, corporate and business law, and estate planning, including the formation of limited liability companies and other entities, contract analysis, and commercial real estate developments, transactions and leases. He routinely counsels clients with respect to all aspects of business planning, including entity selection and mergers. Don has counseled numerous clients on business transactions and the related formation and management of their business organizations.

Experience

• Assisted clients with respect to lender foreclosures in troubled properties
• Acted as borrower’s counsel in numerous real estate and manufacturing financing packages
• Represented numerous successful restaurant businesses
• Has acted as counsel to numerous tennis clubs and golf domes, including advice with respect to leases with municipalities and county government, and syndication of such businesses for investor fundraising
• Conducted extensive real estate lease counseling, negotiations and document drafting representing landlords and tenants in commercial, industrial, professional practices and multi-family residential leases
