Marc Swoish’s practice focuses on multifaceted commercial, office and residential real estate transactions including acquisitions, financing, leasing, title actions and project development. He has specific experience in corporate law including formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts as well as commercial real estate with a focus on drafting, review, and negotiation of real estate development agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and commercial leasing.
Marc served as Chief Operating Officer/General Counsel for a privately-held real estate development company responsible for a portfolio valued in excess of $100M with over 500,000sf of retail, office and residential developments. In addition, his responsibility included the management of employees, oversight of project development and construction, and responsibility for all legal matters. He controlled projects from site identification, budgeting, financing, acquisition, municipal approval, construction, leasing and property management.
