Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Many of our attorneys also accept appointments outside of our regular office hours.

Where are you located?
Dean & Fulkerson is located approximately 20 miles north of Downtown Detroit in the hub of Oakland County’s business district. Our offices are located on the 6th floor at 100 W. Big Beaver Road between Livernois Road and I-75 (east of I-75).
From I-75, take the Big Beaver Road exit in Troy (Exit 69). Follow Big Beaver Road headed east. Our offices are located less than a ¼ mile on the north side of Big Beaver Road in the blue glass building next to the Marriott Hotel so you will need to make a “Michigan U” onto the opposite side of street. There is ample parking in the rear of the building.

We are equipped to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please consult your D&F attorney for the availability of payment by credit card for your matter.
What about money held in trust by my attorney?
Certain legal matters may require that monies be held in trust for a client for a period of time. For example, in certain matters, our fees may be deducted from a retainer that you deposit with us before services begin. We maintain a separate trust account for amounts such as retainers, as required by the Michigan State Bar. Money is not paid from this separate trust account until we provide services or make disbursements on your behalf.
