Ken Zatkoff has extensive experience representing public and private employers in all areas of employment law and litigation. Ken has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts and agencies throughout the country. Ken has extensive labor relations experience in contract negotiation, grievance arbitration, contract review, unfair labor practice matters, employment discrimination and Public Act 312 cases, to name a few. Ken also sits as a labor arbitrator, fact finder and Public Act 312 arbitrator through the Michigan Employment Relations Commission. He also presides as an employer designated co-chairperson for grievance and arbitration matters in the automobile transportation industry.
Ken has over 30 years’ experience representing clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, automotive, grocery, warehousing, automobile transportation, property management, and public sector police, fire and road commission.
